Thank you so much for shopping with Snickerdoodle Studios Crafts & Creations! Every order means the world to us, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Handmade Items: All handmade items — including badge reels, keychains, wristlets, pens, charms, bookmarks, and more — are final sale. Because each piece is made with care and crafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on handmade products. If something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

Print-on-Demand Items (No Shame Wellness, Focus.exe, Flame & Fable, Groove Critter, etc.): Our print-on-demand products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party partner, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we absolutely want to fix that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping: If a return or exchange is approved due to an error on our end or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping. In any other approved circumstances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
