Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping — a little thank you for stocking up! 🎉

Processing Times Processing time varies depending on the type of item you ordered:

Handmade Items — Because each piece is made with love and care, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared before it ships. Processing times may vary based on current order volume and product type. We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Print-on-Demand Items (No Shame Wellness & Focus.exe) — These items are produced by our third-party fulfillment partner and typically process and ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery Times Once your order ships, standard delivery within the US generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delays & Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will do everything we can to help.

Mixed Orders If your order contains both handmade and print-on-demand items, please be aware that they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
